Amsterdam airport expertly trolls Heathrow with this sweet delivery

Amsterdam's Schiphol airport is trolling London's Heathrow — which just received the greenlight from the government to build a third runway — with the promise of a cake delivery.

The Dutch hub has been taking advantage of the endless delays regarding airport expansion as limited capacity in the UK means a lot of air traffic is going through Schiphol to and from London. 

After 15 years of dithering, the government — now led by Theresa May —  took the "truly momentous" decision to approve a third runway at Heathrow, which they believe will support trade and create jobs.  Read more...
